You do not need a referral to be seen by Dr El-Onsi. Dr El-Onsi will work closely with your family physician or any other specialists involved in your medical care.
For your first appointment, prepare for:
- approximately 30 minutes – for a consultation.
- A complete clinical exam.
- A discussion of the problem with an explanation of the causes of such a condition.
- Options for treatment with explanation of risks and potential complications, consequences of treatment versus no treatment as well as fees and time commitments for each option
Depending on the case, Dr. El-Onsi may offer you treatment at the initial appointment, or may offer rescheduling to a later date.
